Once a year, our city hosts one of the coolest meetings for figure design artists, Pictoplasma Berlin, which presents the latest trends in character design and brings together artists,
video game and animation designers, creators of virtual and augmented reality, but also illustrators, graphic designers, even children's books and ceramic designers, inviting them to explore how far they can expand their genre boundaries and how we understand the real. A character tour (exhibition tour) at the Pictoplasma Festival leads through seven offspaces in Berlin-Mitte, where multimedia installations can be seen, including new commissioned works on figure design, especially for Pictoplasma 2019.
