A tasty cocktail in your hand, sand under your feet, deck chairs, old trabants and a giant Buddha - all this and more can be found at the unique Sage beach bar in Berlin-Kreuzberg.
A piece of alternative Berlin with a little start-up atmosphere is located not far from the YAAM on the opposite side of the banks of the Spree. If you don't have any change for the Caribbean, you can enjoy the sound of the Spree under palm trees here. On warm summer evenings, the beach pavilion of the Sage Restaurant opens on their house own sandy beach. In addition to several deckchairs, there is also a swing and a trampoline for the youngsters. Adults can look forward to open air parties organised by the Watergate Club which take place every Sunday from 2 pm to 10 pm under the motto "Sunday Beach Delights". These are complemented by other events such as the Fête de la Musique.
