Bikinihaus Berlin

Bikinihaus Berlin

The Bikinihaus, built in the 1950s, was a former industrial, business and office building in the City West,

directly between the Gedächtniskirche and the Berlin Zoo. In 2013 it was reopened after extensive renovation work. Today, it mainly houses a big shopping center and various dining and leisure facilities, including the Zoo Palast cinema and the 25Hours Hotel with its unique Monkey Bar. The Bikini Berlin wants to be different, and therefore calls itself not a shopping center, but "Concept Mall". One of the special features of this concept mall is the Bikini Berlin Boxes. These are 19 small wooden "pop-up shops" that offer tenants a kind of exhibition space that can be used for special presentations. On the second floor there are various small shops, such as a Japanese ceramics store with an authentic tea house or fashion vegan clothing, e.g. made out of eucalyptus. The special highlights of Bikini Berlin are the large panoramic window in the mall, with a direct view of the monkey cliff of the Berlin Zoo, as well as the 7000 square meter freely accessible and green roof terrace. Here you can feel the creative vein of the city, there are countless opportunities to have a nice day here.
